Grande Vista Bay is a bit of paradise located in the heart of Tennessee. It is uniquely located on Watts Bar Lake, one of the more than 18 major lakes and dams throughout Tennessee. Watts Bar is situated in the Tennessee Valley between the great Smoky Mountains and the Cumberland Plateau. The lake system not only offers all the enjoyments of lake life such as boating, fishing, and water fun but also is a navigable lake for shipping and barge carriers as well as a power generating dam system.

Grande Vista Bay sits on an entire peninsula surrounded by water, rolling hills, and forested acreage. As you enter through the gated community, white fences line the road, and a private horse farm welcomes you home. Herons and eagles glide across the shoreline, and deer wander through the meadows.
